Term & conditions & Cancellation policy : The standard check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-outs are on request, subject to availability and may be chargeable by the Guest House. Ø The above booking price includes room, taxes, service charge as indicated in tariff.. Ø Children below 6 are not charged, when sharing the same room and service charges. Ø All other extra / incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the Guest House. Ø Cancellation made within 24 hrs of the check in date and in case of no show full cost of stay shall be charged. Ø Cancellation made between 72 - 24 hrs of the check in date one night retention will be charged. Refund In regard to refund on account of cancellation the refund amount will be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that refund process may take some time due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank Account, the bank charges would be debited to the refund amount. Our liabilities & limitations: Please note that after the finalisation of the reservations if there are any hikes in levies or taxes on hotel services by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra. Products & services. Guest House has single, double & deluxe rooms duly air conditioned with attached bath, cable T.V. telephone. Guest House has power back generator for electricity for 24 hrs. Pick up facility from the airport available on payment. Travel bookings by rail or air is also available.
